    Second Video Spurs Conflicting Views Of Disabled Man's Beating By N.J. State Police

    A second State Police video of the beating troopers gave a mentally disabled man three years ago has come to light — this one from a close proximity to the incident — but lawyers for the victim and one of the troopers draw different conclusions about what it shows.
