How could he possibly know at the age of 13 if he will regret this when he is 21? This is so trashy, redneck, and irresponsible! First impressions are everything in this world, this will effect his employment, his chances for love, and so much more! Obviously they don’t care what others think, but this will effect the rest of his life-can’t take back first impressions.

My God. There should be a licence system for people who want to have children. Adults are allowed to deface their bodies like that, but at 13 he NEVER has enough judgment and insight to make life lasting decisions like that. What incompetent parents he has. Poor kid.
