Fact - Epilogue is made up of "Valjean's Death" and "The Finale". "Valjean's Death" borrows the tune from "Fantine's Death", and towards the end also features nuances from "Bring Him Home".

Fact - In the 1980 Original French Version, this song is known as 'La devise du cabaretier' (The Innkeeper's Motto).

Fact - The title lyric is misinterpreted; Eponine thinks she is wet because of rain, Marius sees it's blood from her wound that is "everywhere".

Fact - Susan Boyle famously sang this song on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009. Shortly after the programme was aired, the Original London Recording was downloaded to such a extent that the song entered music charts in both the UK and USA!
