Retail is my career, and as the years go by the customer gets worse and worse. Now people think “good customer service” means getting everything they want on their own terms, and businesses, desperate to stay in the black, are inclined to give in. People have become unbelievably rude.
Apple customers like this cunt think they’re the only people in the world - they don’t consider that 50 people every day come in for a repair without an appointment, and many times more people DID make an appointment and are waiting for their repairs to finish. I bet she talks on her phone and ignores sales associates ringing up her purchases too.
I bet anyone who applauds this behavior doesn’t have a job where the public has access to them; lucky them.
