How To Successfully Buy A Home In San Francisco

Buying (and even, or... especially renting) a home in San Francisco can be a real pain in the ass.

You begin your search on Trulia, because that's where "real estate" searches on Google take you to.

But you quickly realize that the prices are all wrong and most listings are months (or years) old...

Finally, you think you find your dream home in the Craigslist open house listings.

So you decide to get a real estate agent to help you negotiate.

But you end up getting so much more than a real estate agent!

... You get your dream home!
