An Artist Gave Disney Couples Modern Makeovers And They're Fierce AF

Just in time for New York Fashion Week.

At this point, you've seen every possible iteration of Disney princesses, right? Hell, they've even been turned into rocks.

    Well — surprise! — YOU HAVEN'T.

Because fashion illustrator Jovan Rosario has created a chic new design series of Disney princesses and their significant others. He's calling them Disney Power Couples.

The drawings, which have garnered thousands of likes on Instagram, feature Disney animated faves like Jasmine and Aladdin, John Smith and Pocahontas, and Ariel and Eric.

Rosario's designs are particularly notable because of the fashionable, modern edge he places on classic Disney faves.

And, dare we say it, these designs are downright hawt.

The project appears to be a polished recreation of an original piece Rosario published back in 2014.

This isn't the first time the artist has put his own flair on a classic, however.

Back in August, Rosario gave Barbie a redesign by imagining what the brand's collaboration with designers like Givenchy, Alexander Wang, and Balmain might look like.

His "OGs of Disney" series is not one to be missed, either.

Basically, this dude's an artistic genius and the next Disney princess movie better be set on a Chanel runway.
