Remember when Kim Kardashian broke the internet last year?

Don't pretend you don't remember ~why~ she broke the internet.

Well, this year she's been getting naked even more.

Because she's Kim Kardashian and she can.

And now she's stepped it up by posing completely naked yet again — this time in a desert for a website shoot that appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

She was laying "out all" her "insecurities" over her battle with the skin condition psoriasis. In the newest episode of KUWTK Kim said: "I have psoriasis. There is nothing I can do about it, so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable. So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things." Good on her!
