Slater's 50/50, the SoCal burger brand famous for its original "50/50" patty made of 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef, has got you covered with the creation of The Sriracha Burger - the ultimate tribute to the most amazing condiment known to mankind. The Sriracha Burger features Slater's signature 50/50 blend mixed with Huy Fong Sriracha and Chili Garlic Sauce, resting on a bed of Sriracha Coleslaw. Topped with a Sriracha mushroom sauté, melting pepperjack cheese, Sriracha glazed thick cut bacon ribbons, Sriracha mayo and finished off with even more Sriracha on top of all that Sriracha and set atop our brioche bun. The Sriracha Burger sells for $10.95 will be available at all six Slater's 50/50 locations throughout Southern California beginning on Monday, December 9th.
