    This is Oliver... and Oliver is obsessed with the laser, so much so that he even knows the sound of the drawer opening where the laser is hidden. When he hears the sound of the chain dangling at the end of it - game over, he's officially cracked out. As their love/hate relationship progresses, it only gets more hilarious.
