    ACLU Investigating Fake Prom

    The Constance McMillen saga continues. First, her school refused to let her bring a female date to her prom. Then they canceled prom entirely.

    And now it's coming out that she may have been sent to a "fake prom" while the rest of her class partied at a secret location. The ACLU is on the case. Nice one, Itawamba County School District. (Via.)
