Some feel so negatively about cottage cheese that they have to use caps lock to express their emotions about it.
On some level, you can't blame them: It's a weird food.
But you can actually use it in a lot of things.
You can even make your own, if you're into that sort of thing.
It's most famous for pairing well with fruit.
(Though there are people out there who find this even more repulsive than regular cottage cheese.)
