About 3 years ago one of the bridges was shut down due to a duck and her ducklings crossing the bridge down the middle of the road. Also about 2 years ago, on my husband’s first trip to my home town (Portland) we were standing in line for Voo Doo Donuts at about midnight, and a pink limo humvee drove past with a blow up doll hanging out the window. Hubby said “WTF was that?” I said “It’s a pink humvee limo with a blow up doll hanging out the back window…obviously.” The look on his face was shock and fear at realizing this must be a normal occurrence! LOL
