1. Park Your Stroller Wherever You Please

There are so many cleverly themed signs around the park that nobody seems to read, and the ones that get ignored the most are stroller parking signs. Just like parking your car in a Tow-Away zone, we will inevitably move your stroller out of the way. Have fun finding it now!

2. Don't Listen to a Single Thing We Say

There's no reason to ignore the Cast Member waving their glowing baton in your face and saying "Ma'am, please continue down the walkway, this is not a viewing area" over and over. Unless you're a horrible person.

3. Ask Stupid Questions

You may be thinking "there are no stupid questions, just stupid answers." Well, not at Disneyland. Every thing you ever need to know is clearly spelled out on signs, maps, and apps. Every attraction has a detailed sign that can tell you that it is a ride, and what type of ride it is. There are signs at entrances, exits, restrooms, restaurants, you name it. So read before you ask.

4. Don't Respect the Park

It's a little known fact that there are Cast Members that have to clean up all that popcorn you just spilled, or take that half-eaten turkey leg out of the recycling bin. But it's true, and I was one of them. Sure, it was my job to pick up that park map you just threw on the ground, but that doesn't mean you should. And no, putting your trash on top of the can isn't correct either.

Disneyland really is the Happiest Place on Earth, and you should treat it as such.

5. Yell at Cast Members About Things They Can't Change

Last spring, Space Mountain was shut down for weeks because of a safety citation. Now, some people did not realize that the Cast Members that work on the ride have absolutely no power over that decision. Shocking, right? Yet I witnessed waves of guests yelling at Cast Members about how this was their first time at Disneyland and they'd been looking forward to this forever, blah blah blah. Surprisingly, nobody opened the ride back up for them.

Life hack: don't waste your vacation time getting upset over things that cannot be changed.
