Enter HighThere!, an app for Android users available in states where marijuana use is legal for medical or recreational use.
"It’s all about connecting with people who aren’t going to judge you," CEO Todd Mitchem told BuzzFeed News.
To make a profile, users answer a few quick questions about how they like to use cannabis.
Mitchem says the app focuses on shared experiences people who smoke can have together, rather than profiles heavy on personal facts.
"I hated dating on other sites and apps because as soon as the idea of my cannabis consumption came up—date over," CEO Todd Mitchem told Fast Company. "I actually walked out of a date (after paying of course) and said to myself, that's it."
Mitchem hopes green-loving people will also use the app to find like-minded friends.
You'll get matched to similar people nearby, but be warned — the user base is small. The Google Play store says they have 100 downloads so far, but the company says it's closer to 5,000.
Deciding who you want to talk to is similar to Tinder — press "pass" on profiles you don't like and "connect" to reach out.
