More than 60 same-sex couples married Sunday afternoon as part of a mass ceremony in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
This followed the June 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage in the United States and its territories. Here are 20 heartwarming photos taken at the ceremony.
1. They couldn't wait to get married!
2. Over 60 couples joined their lives in marriage.
3. Some couples had already spent a lifetime together.
