@HeatherIsOnFire  Actually, it’s quite important to talk about because we need to take these terrible tragedies and talk about gun regulations.
I don’t think that this article does that any justice, but don’t be against talking about these incidents all together.
You’re 4 to 8 times more likely to be killed by a firearm in the states than in Canada and gun regulations don’t even take away your right to own a gun like the NRA would have you believe. what they actually entail are:
      .a registration system
.single shot machine guns instead of automatic fire
.limits on the amount of rounds per clip
.ending the gun show loophole where guns can be sold without licenses
.background checks and psychological exams for people who want to become gun owners.
.etc It’s all very reasonable and has been proven to work. The no-automatic weapons/limited rounds per clip rules makes a huge difference all on their own because a shooter is much easier to stop when he can only shoot one round at a time and when he has to frequently reload. These are just common sense regulations. I mean, how many people people have to die like this before we put aside the bipartisan politics and put protecting fellow Americans from tragedies like this one first. This is why we need to talk about it..
In order to prevent this from happening as bad as it did again.

Stop it, Buzzfeed. This isn’t relevant. Making shooters famous is exactly what they want & why spree shootings continue to happen. Making celebrities of shooters multiplies their number.
