I hope people do realize she is simply pushing the country’s position on Israel. It is not shocking to see what she said and it is not surprising in the least bit that the United States did not vote for their membership. To be clear, I am not posting to support/detract the US’s position simply stating she’s the mouthpiece.

Emu 5 months agoShe’s right, it won’t change the realities down there. But at least it boosts their dignity, bringing some hope. Is the United States and Israel even interested in a two-state solution? If they really were, the Palestine would be a sovereign, peaceful and democratic state by now. All US cares about is a continuation of this status quo apartheid state.
