Police Brutally Beat Man At Youth Outreach Center

They thought the man sleeping in the synagogue lounge was loitering.

The beating begins around the 1:20 mark.

Brooklyn blog reports that last Monday night, a 911 caller told police a man was sleeping in the lounge of a local synagogue and outreach center.

When they arrived, the man apparently resisted arrest. As seen in the video above, he was repeatedly punched and pepper-sprayed before finally being arrested. (He was later released on bail.)

A source told the man had permission to live at the center.
