Maybe. 83-year-old Ben Clifford Dawson was arrested in Iowa yesterday on suspicion of being a gentleman of the evening.

So the story goes, that Mr. Dawson was attempting to pay back a loan by performing sexual favors on the woman he was indebted to. It turns out she did not think this was a good form of payment and was not interested*. So it was probably a bad idea for Dawson to then begin kissing her neck. He was arrested shortly thereafter. In other news Dawson is running for City Council. But chances are he won't address these accusations and instead just yell "EXCUSE ME" over and over. That's how I'd do it.
