He’s pissed and he’s calling 911.

This is Michael Allen Skopec. He’s 48. He got drunk and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with his iPhone. So he called 911 over and over again. These tapes are full of amazing quotes. My personal favorite involves the dispatcher asking if she should send an officer to help Skopec. His response: “He can’t help me… Because he’ll shoot me with a gun.” I love this guy.
