Okay, Lucas never really stood a chance with Maggie. I mean, he was an asthmatic who wore big glasses and tried way to hard to impress one girl. Sadly, she was hung up on the star football player but she would forever be your friend as would the football player. With that being said, while you didn't get Maggie, you did get a slow clap and a letterman's jacket even though you were in like 9th grade and the jacket would fit a 300 lbs. lineman.

Sure, you were an annoying little brat in Boy meets World and you had a major crush on Topanga. Sadly that is all that it would ever becoming. In fact, you were friendzoned so badly, that not even a mixed tape with romantic and handpicked songs could have gotten you to the next level. Sadly, Topanga preferred guys with a nice man perm. Enter Cory Matthews.

Louis Tully

Now, I truly feel bad for this guy. Forever friendzoned by Sigourney Weaver, cause she had the hots for Peter Venkman. But back to Louis Tully, not only does he invite her over to a party numerous times, but he also manages to get mauled by a dog in Central park in front of a fancy restaurant. I am not really sure what the Key master did with the Gatekeeper, but pretty sure it wasn't playing cribbage. In fact, if you and or your other half is possessed, then does hooking up truly count as you are two different entities?

Thank you for writing the best damn paper ever for a Saturday detention. But I am sorry, that you will never get the girls in your group of friends. I mean Claire likes bad boys like John and Allison prefers a certain jock. When will geeks rise up and finally get the girl?

So pretty with his long blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. And sure you rode around on a horse for most of the movie and most of the book with a stout dwarf on your the back of your horse. Secretly you pined over the rugged ranger from the north Aragorn. Was that a blush we saw at the end of the third movie? The type of blush that says " Finally he noticed me? " Sadly you will forever be in the friendzone as he married Arwen. Of course you still have Gimli.

This is what happens when you are born with the Triforce of Courage embedded into your hand. One day you are roaming the forests of Kokiri and the next you are being told to " Take this as it is dangerous to go alone. " by some old man in a cave. Twenty hearts later you find yourself saving some princess from an evil overlord named Ganondorf. How does she repay her undying love to you... By fireworks and a big ole thank you at the end of the credits. Time to leave the girl you have saved nine times and find a girl who appreciates you for who you are. I say go and marry the chick at Lon Lon Ranch.

So, there you are hanging out with your best friend and then suddenly you are fighting twilight monsters who give your friend a serious case of amnesia. The next day you find yourself being bossed around by a Twilight princess, who is secretly a Dominatrix. More props to you if you are into all that however, you quickly find that you are becoming attracted to her. By the end you basically go all jelly legs and then she tells you that " it could never be. " and shatters the mirror forever separating the two worlds. But don't worry Link, Midna will forever be in your heart, even if your relationship can never blossom to fruition.

This one borders on just strange. To be fair I have to give you thumbs up on kissing Leia, however, you didn't find out till later that she was your sister. Damn you Uncle Owen for not mentioning Luke had a sister. However, you get to be an awesome uncle to Han and Leia's kid so friendzoned or not, I still think it worked out in your favor.

Honestly, I feel bad for Duckie in this classic John Hughes movie. First of all, he has an immaculate sense of style and really, who would have thought to pair a bolo with a midnight blue jacket and a tux shirt together. Not to mention he randomly lip synced Otis Redding. Andie and Blaine made a cute couple. But what would a Andie and Duckie couple look like? The world may never know.
