Did you find this scene “offensive”? Then you probably have never broadened your real-life horizons past the missionary position

I agree with you that the Fox folks exist to promote fear, but I spent many years in food service and I can say without a doubt that very few people maintain the level of hygiene their mothers [hypothetically] raised them to maintain.  And need I remind you that many people most certainly did succumb to West Nile, avian flu and plenty of other maladies? Just because it’s Fox crying wolf doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t pay some degree of attention.

No, and I’d wager that a lot of Americans don’t look at things the same way they did eight years ago, either.  They should have the same right all Americans have at 18 years of age - to decide how they would like to shape the world they’re going to live in as adults.  Are you suggesting a better alternative?
