I think what bothers me the most is the complete lack of any sense of spelling or grammar :/
she’s definitely odd, but her voice is amazing!
I’m not saying they don’t benefit from closeness, but there are other ways to share a closeness with a child than have them suckle their mother’s breast — particularly past the age at which they can start feeding themselves (which encourages independence). I just worry that this type of attachment that late in a child’s life is more for the mother’s benefit and denying the child that next step towards independence.
I feel like some of these “attachment” parents are doing this more for their own emotional needs/fulfillment than for the benefit of their children (especially those who breastfeed past a certain age). Just my opinion, but it just seems that the mothers are emotionally needing that closeness/continued bond more than the child still needs breast milk…
