These are actually a thing.
It's the perfect balance of Pinterest and lazy-college-student ingenuity.
You literally only need two ingredients.
Just plop the ice cream on the cookie dough and spread until it's even.
Then drop another layer of cookie dough on top of that.
Remember to freeze the cookie and ice cream sheet before you cut it.
Once that's complete, go ahead and chop it into tiny bars.
Voilà! Chocolate and ice cream never looked so good.
