It's great that she's into classic cars but I'm a little disappointed that she didn't mention anything technical about the cars. She seemed to only mention the cosmetic appeal of the cars she had purchased. No mention of the Packard's eight cylinder engine, that it was real wheel drive, or that the longer wheelbase made for a smoother ride. So, I wouldn't say she's a collector so much as an enthusiast.

Seems she owns more than two most of the time,but since two of the ones that she owned were not there for a long time I'm guessing that she sells them off too.  She could buy scrapped vintage cars, pay someone to fix them up, drive them around until she gets bored with them, then sell them off. you could easily make a profit on fixing up vintage cars as long as you know the right people.  I wouldn't see the point in owning a shit ton of cars all the time anyway. You still have to drive them around so they don't rot away and keep up maintenance.
