Artistic Robot
Invented by So Kanno and Takahiro Yamaguchi, the Senseless Drawing Bot is a creation that is the best modern exploration of the relationship between machine and art. Using a double pendulum that is wheeled around on a skateboard across a stretch of white wall, the robot creates a series of organic, abstract linear drawings. They appear quite similar to graffiti.
