    16 Problems All Film Buffs Will Understand

    Being the biggest film geek within your circle of friends can be tricky — soul destroying, even. But you are not alone.

    1. Realizing that there is no point even going to the movies if you miss the trailers.

    2. Even worse — when people cough, talk, or make the slightest amount of noise in the cinema room.

    3. Waiting for the release of a really hyped up film...

    4. Trying not to punch somebody when they say, "I don't watch old movies."

    5. The struggle of trying to remain calm when a person says that they only like chick flicks.

    6. The soul-crushing moment when you discover that somebody has scratched one of your DVDs.

    7. The constant battle of wanting to be faithful to the book and wanting to root for the movie adaption.

    8. And when the movie adaption sucks, it's just...

    9. Not being able to talk about the genius of Tarantino, Lynch, or Fincher in front of film illiterates.

    10. Trying not to pull this face when a person apologizes for "not being into films."
