Ahh, Valentines Day. A day to smother your significant other with your tokens of love.
Even if you wanted to ignore it, you simply can't escape the advertisements trying to shame you for being single.
Although I did consider it for a minute...
Don't even get me started on social media in the lead up to VD.
And the inevitable question "So, what are you doing for Valentines Day?"

When you realise chocolate will be so much cheaper now that its discounted for VD!!!
Sales! Sales Everywhere!
Most people depict singles on VD to be sobbing messes, pining for a bit of that love action..
Or as bitter, seething, jealous wrecks...
Trying desperately to woo a potential date so we're not alone on VD
But we be like...
No hate to the lovers, we wish you well..
