As someone who just started a couch to 5k program to help me continue my weight loss (54lbs to date) I was cracking up at this!! I would however recommend getting good shoes before you start to run. Before in the past in my crappy shoes it was just so so painful that I would vow never to do it again!! Got the type of shoe that I need (mild stability and a wide)and could not believe the difference it made for me!!! Hopefully I can continue to rock this and complete a 5k this fall!!!!
