Gameloft, the developer who built the game ‘ The Adventures of Tintin HD ‘ apologize for Android users complaints that have disappointed a lot of users in the latest Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich. Gameloft acknowledged that Tintin 3D version does not yet support Android OS 4.0.
Gameloft does provide game ‘ The Adventures of Tintin HD ‘ in two versions, i.e. 2D to low-end mobile phones (Java, Brew, and Android specific versions), as well as the 3D version for high end Android devices. This version aims to make difference so that all of the customers could play Tintin in various kinds of devices.
Gameloft has worked around this problem, Gameloft will provide two different entries in the Android Market, i.e. 3D/HD version and 2D version with screenshots and videos to simplify customer’s option. ‘ provides The Adventures of Tintin HD ‘ game in two versions, i.e. 2D to low-end mobile phones (Java, Brew, and Android specific versions), as well as the 3D version for high end Android devices. Customers who have a 2D version or experiencing some problems related to the game could call of Gameloft to ask for refund. Customers can contact support@gameloft.com for refunds. Customers only need to provide a Google Order Number of the purchase (can be found on the proof of the transaction in e-mail or through the Google Wallet in http://bit.ly/sx9X07)
