Burst Pipes Turned This Home's Facade Into A Frozen Waterfall

    Elsa's at it again.

After multiple days where temperatures reached near zero degrees, the water pipes burst in this Detroit home, causing water to flow from the second-story windows.

The water subsequently froze and caused the second story to collapse onto the first.

The Detroit Free Press interviewed the tenant, 56-year-old E.T. Williamson Sr., who said that he and his family lost everything.

Williamson says he may sue the homeowner, whom he blames for padlocking the house after a fire damaged the structure, which prevented him from retrieving his family's belongings.
