    You mean the world has changed in the past 30 years?

    1. They react to you talking about student loan debt the way Scully reacts to Mulder talking about aliens.

    2. Their text messages look like alphabet fridge magnets rearranged by a toddler.

    3. They resent your use of technology, but need you to turn on their ipad.

    4. Despite causing a literal scientifically recognized extinction, they think everyone under 35 is the real problem.

    5. They did nothing but drugs for a decade, but now don't want you to have any.

    6. They say things like 'You would have a better job if you'd've looked in the newspaper for one'.

    7. They think social media is destroying society, but send you Farmville requests every 3 hours.

    8. They ask young people in service jobs if they are just 'working their way through college'.

    9. They think people can still work minimum wage jobs to pay their way through college.

    10. They think they know more about politics, science, life, death, and everything in between, than everyone else. Because they have kids.

    11.They take the side of the police in cases of police brutality.

    13. If you disagree with them about anything it's because you're 'lazy' and 'entitled'.

    14. They hate that kids rely on technology but have at least one fake knee, a pacemaker, and one of those cars that parallel parks itself.

    15. They look down on people who work at McDonald's but still love getting their McFlurry on.

    17. They insist on calling Caitlyn Jenner by her former name, but think they are open minded because they've seen an episode of Ellen.
