Neiman Marcus' Shadow Dinosaurs

I don't know why, but Neiman Marcus' Christmas Book features a model apparently transforming into various dinosaurs, via shadow. Is this fashion now? I only found 7, but to be honest I was distracted by lingerie. [via Ryan North]

  • In the second one, the model's shadows of the feet go to the wrong feet on the dinosaur. This is all just terrible.

  • that's not how shadows work. The dinosaur's legs should start at her feet, but instead they're just connected by a random bar of shadow. They could have done this better.
