8 Reasons To Give Elizabeth The Editorial Fellowship Internship

Elizabeth Atkin is an aspiring professional writer and editor. She loves BuzzFeed. She's perfect for this internship. Here's why you should give it to her...

    1. She's addicted to internships.

They're like crack. Except they're not illegal, don't involve any drugs and aren't incredibly dangerous for your health or well being.

    2. Even the unpaid ones.

Seriously, she can't get enough. She can list editorial placements at FHM and OK Magazine and others at Rockhopper Productions and Sunderland University. She's got more writing credits and upcoming placements under her belt than someone else collecting those things under a belt.

    3. Everyone at those internships thought she was great.

"An absolute pleasure" "One of the best interns we've had" "I'm actually going to remember your name". Nobody will like her after posting this in the third person, though.

    4. She writes words good.

That title speaks for itself (but so does her blog and online portfolio http://elizabethatkin.net)

    5. Pop culture makes her eyes and ears happy.

Celebrity news, movies, music, television and all things lifestyle are Elizabeth's area of expertise when it comes to writing (and life).

    6. She moved to London for love, but she's still looking for the one.

'The one' being the perfect internship. That's you, BuzzFeed.

    7. She likes lists.

She uses them daily, reads them on BuzzFeed, owns notebooks specifically designed for lists and has been writing re-drafts of to-do lists since she was old enough to write to-do lists. If that's not a list enthusiast, I don't know what is.

    8. She understands that lists have to contain odd numbers.

    ...damnit.
