Recent years have seen a fascination with vampires that’s resulted in the massive popularity of television shows like True Blood, The Vampire Diaries and Being Human, films such as Twilight, Daybreakers, Let the Right One In and Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. As well as the books that inspired many of these adaptations people have had permanent fangs installed and there have even been incidents of people actually biting each other. But it seems that their bloodthirsty reign may be coming to an end, as some other supernatural beings are stepping into the moon-light.
As much as we love you Alex (along with all the stars of The Twilight Saga) we really don’t think it’s right for you to be bad mouthing your fellow wolves. Especially if that wolf happens to be the hugely popular and successful Taylor Lautner. But that’s exactly what New Moon star Alex Meraz has been up to.
We all know how much Twilight author Stephenie Meyer love’s British rock band Muse, especially after adding them to the acknowledgements of all four books and featuring them on the soundtrack for both Twilight and The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Unlike Paramore, who didn’t want to become a Twilight-band, Muse are happy about the pairing as it’s brought them huge success in America.

After being listed and nominated in almost every online list and poll of 2009, the girls of The Twilight Saga are starting early this year. Kristen, Anna and Ashley have all been listed in Glamour magazine’s 35 Most Stylish Women of 2010, and looking at the pictures of them it’s no surprise.
Imagine just how much kissing we’re exposed to through the media; in television, films, magazines and online. So it’s no surprise that someone’s been trying to find out what our favourite kiss of the last decade was. Posh UK department store Selfridges conducted the survey ahead of the opening of their Valentine’s Day Kissing Booth in the London store on 12th February. And out of all those famous kisses Rob and Kristen’s steamy smooch in Twilight has made the list.
We totally understand when stars sneak their costumes home with them after a long day on set, particularly if you’re playing Bella in The Twilight Saga. But leather jumpsuits and dog collars? Let’s hope Dakota and Kristen are saving those outfits for a fancy dress party, unless they know something about an upcoming trend that we don’t!
