People just need to understand the innate humor of poking large animals. Can one poke seriously be the difference between life and death..? elephant seal…and that kid's lucky cuz those suckers can move faaaast.

This a-hole is harassing a Northern elephant seal that is on shore for pupping and breeding. These seals travel thousands of miles to return to their beach, and stay on shore - and thus do not eat - for the months the birthing/breeding process takes. So they need this poking like a hole in the head. Oh, yeah, it's also a federal offense to harass these critters. I look forward to the story of this jerk complaining from his hospital bed about the seal-goring he so richly deserves.
