Be proud of where you come from.
Only take on what you can handle. Or else you'll get stuck with having boys help you babysit.
And boys are not always good baby-sitters.
They have a way of disappointing you.
Make sure your clients trust you.
Assert yourself as the baby-sitter.
And make sure the kids know their place.
Encourage your charges to dream big.
Come up with fun things to do with the kids.
Be friends with the kids.
But not too friendly.
Do what you can to keep your charges happy.
Commit yourself to your work.
But don't work too hard.
Celebrate your accomplishments.
Stick to your day job.
And last but not least: never stop promoting your services.
