this is inaccurate. the pigs are not the ones spreading the virus. and the mutation didn't necessarily happen in pigs, no one knows for sure. besides it has been reported now that pigs are now getting infected from humans (in canada), it wasn't the other way around.
I can't believe he said that nor some of the comments people are posting there. I am a Mexican who lives in Mexico. The reason why so many people are dying is not because they all live in slums or there are not enough antivirals, or that we supposedly have bad health care (it is far better than you think). The MAIN reason is because people are not being treated on time!! If you read or watch the news the people dying here are young healthy people from cities. I don't know how much (or little) information you are getting in other countries but that is one of the most important and scary facts about this flu at the moment. Those who left those comments need to read and travel more because they seem quite ignorant!
What they show in the video are called tacos not burritos. Burritos are not commonly eaten in Mexico (though they can be found in certain places, mostly in northern Mexico). The food festival shown in the video (which takes place in central Mexico) is not only about tacos (as you can see in the video). They use the ingredients you mention, and many more, in the preparation of several other dishes as well (some of which can be seen in the video).
