I’d get on a plane that didn’t have any body searches. You’d probably be there with some pretty reasonable people with nail clippers.

“Am I a threat to US security? I was Miss USA, for Pete’s sake!” And? Is everyone supposed to just recognize you and the fact that you’re a former Miss USA? Does that give you some sort of automatic pass?  I’m not saying the TSA is totally in the right. Their procedures and policies need to be reworked - but she needs to get over her entitlement issues here.

A guy tried unsuccessfully to detonate his underpants once and we beat the shit out of him. The American citizen beat the shit out of him. Big deal. If you don’t get groped, then the TSA assholes yell at you for being too close to the person in front of you, holding up the line, anything and everything. Cry me a river and don’t worry about the low levels of radiation from that scanner.

If I ever have to get a full body pat down I’m going to make sure I have a full on boner just to mess with the TSA agent, and if he likes it then I’ll be glad to make his day. =)

Someone needs to take a science class. These scanners don’t actually kill you, girl. I feel bad that people look up to her—this is how people become so uninformed!

I mean, you also don’t know what people’s relationships with their bodies are. What if someone was raped or molested and had to go through TSA customs.
It seems like most people responding to this negatively is due to her tone of voice, or the fact that she’s sort of on celebrity-scale.
This is a legitimate complaint and she has a right to address it, and a right to be upset about it.

If you don’t want to get godamn touched, go through the goddamned scanner!
