Dear Diane von Furstenburg,   As a previous consumer of your brand, I am completely disappointed by your behavior regarding Ann Romney wearing a dress of yours.   To keep it short, I was under the impression you designed dresses to make women feel good, all women.

 Did not realize that their political inclination was a factor in whether you’d like a woman to wear your dresses.    That’s shameful.   You should be proud that ANY woman that devoted her life to being a strong MOTHER and RAISING 5 CHILDREN would choose to wear your dresses.

 Your blatant disregard, disrespect and near disgust is actually appalling.   If you do not want republicans to wear your clothes, please put a disclaimer on them or make a public statement about that so you also STOP collecting their money and PROFITTING from such sales.

 Shame.   I will certainly make sure to tell everyone I know to support other women designers that actually are grateful and proud that an accomplished mother would wear their dress.
