The Swedish retail giant teamed up with Oregon-based design firm Ideabox to sell this prefab house, known in IKEAese as Activ, for $86,500. No, you don’t have to assemble it yourself, but imagine the wordless instructions and infuriatingly vague cartoons that would come with an entire house.
