      Aw, it’s hard to laugh at this. He’s definitely for real. I always worry when people with mental handicaps get on the internet like this b/c inevitably there will be a ton of backlash but hopefully they don’t see it.

      I went to high school with Frankie and he is the sweetest guy in the world. He loves to make these videos and report on exciting weather events. I like to watch his videos and support him in everything he does, and I hope everybody else realizes that he does this because he enjoys it. Don’t make fun of Frankie for your own amusement. These videos make him happy and they always brighten my day! Hopefully they brighten your’s too!
