President Obama was rallying the faithful at the Democratic National Committee Women's Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C., on Friday.
It was fairly standard stump stuff, highlighting differences betweens Democrats and Republicans and yadda yadda etc. etc., but in the middle of riffing on how "gloomy" the GOP was about the state of affairs in America, this happened:
