Thanks, Science Photography! Special filters and satellites caught some pretty impressive images yesterday of Venus transiting the sun, a phenomenon where Venus passes between the Earth and the Sun, that won’t happen again for 100 years.

      I totally missed this… Why did nobody tell me this was happening whenever it was actually happening? I’m gonna go ahead and say that it was probably stormy in Miami when it happened so the sun wouldn’t have been out so I wouldn’t have been able to see it anyway. Ha! Now I feel better.
