Furby Easter Eggs

A great Easter egg variation that the kids will love!

Furby Easter Eggs are a fun and creative project to work on with your kids. We know how much kids love Furby and they will be delighted to learn that they can make Easter eggs that look a lot like the real thing!

Here is what you will need:

-Hard Boiled Eggs

-Easter Egg Coloring Kit (I used Dunk and Egg)

-Felt

-Pattern for Ears and Feet

-Scissor

-Wiggly Eyes

-Yellow Pom-poms

-Red marker

-Glue

-Scotch Tape

Instructions

1.Prepare hard boiled eggs, while eggs are boiling mix egg coloring dye per instructions on the package.

2.After 12 minutes, move eggs into the dye.

3.Bathe egg in dye for about 5 minutes, the longer you soak the egg the deeper the color will be.

4.Remove eggs from the bath and put in drying stand, allow to dry for several hours so glue will adhere when you attach the eyes, ears, mouth and feet.

5.Lay egg horizontal on drying stand and attach ears and feet with glue, allow to dry.

6.Use red marker and draw mouth on yellow pom-pom. This will be the moth, apply a dot of glue to the back side and attach to egg, allow to dry.

7.Apply a small dot of glue to wiggle eyes and attach just above the mouth and allow to dry.

8.Place on stand and admire. Dah-noh-lah!
