I once asked the Subway employee to make me a sandwich that looked like the one on their bags/in their ads/in the graphics on their walls. They refused, and so did the manager. They have rules about meat and cheese, rules which evidently don’t apply to the sandwiches they photograph. I’ve written them off. Bait and switch.
