  Yes, this Fleshlight is literally filled with an alley of nipples. About ~100 tiny little round massage beads with even tinier nipples attached to them to make the masturbation / fapping session feel extra good. This sleeve is very similar to the Stamina Training Unit Fleshlight (FL STU) in it's design and feel. The major difference is between the two is the price and the softness of the materials. I think that the materials used in all of the Fleshlight Girl models feels softer then the regular pink skin. They also look different and have a more natural skin-tone which some guys really appreciate. I usually recommend the STU to first time Fleshlight buyers but if you are looking for a little extra luxury and feel like it's worth the extra $10-$20 bucks definitely get the Riley Steele Nipple Alley Fleshlight. The vagina orifice is an exact replica of her real thing so if you are a fan of Riley you are going to love it. This sex toy works just as well for guys with smaller dicks as it does for guys with large dicks since the texture stays the same all the way. If you want to save another $15 bucks I say skip the case and just get the sleeve but I'm cheap!
