JohanPar a year agoDear everyone, Welcome to the internet. If this meme, which actually reminds you of the very real issues plaguing the third world that we never tend to think about on our own, is too much for you, then leave. It is funny and it doesn’t hurt anyone. If anything, someone posts a link to UNICEF (as one member already did) and the ONLY damn result is extra dollars donated for the cause. I, for one, thought these were hilarious to the damn core. Now, I’ll take my insensitive and heartless self to the UNICEF organization I run on campus. Probably more than any of you offended folks do. All the best.

GaryDee a year agoCome on people… Get off the internet if you can’t take it. There is no more “line” these days so you’re not gonna stop people from crossing it. If it offends you then stop looking at it. The ironic part is I bet the people who find the humor in this are far more likely to be the kind of people who actually DO something to contribute to the worlds problems. The bitches just yell profusely at their computer monitors while contributing nothing.

Should I be held responsible for the work of people I may or may not have been related to that I certainly never met for actions I never supported or took part in? If that’s true should you share some of the blame for higher crime rates or black on black violence? No. Of course not. You are an individual, just the same as I. Don’t generalize shit like that. It’s just as racist as the pricks who thought one set of people were of lower stock than another.

ryethebread a year agoI’m just floored by how many people are bitching about how tacky it is and yet they are doing nothing to stop it from going on. ANYBODY can help! I’m not wealthy by any means, but I was able to go to Africa (twice) while working at a crummy $10.58 an hour job and my “fun money” went to buying school books, supplies and clothes for kids. As one person I couldn’t change anything, but if there were more people willing to do the same, change would happen. The bottom line is that even a poor person can be charitable, so if you are truly offended, downgrade your life and actually do something, bitching on the interwebs does nothing but clear your own conscience and there’s no value in that.
