The overarching shadow of death ranks as one of your deepest fears. Although it’s a natural part of life, your fear may stem from not having any control over this. It may be hard to put your anxiety toward death aside, but try not to dwell too deeply on it.

Fear of losing them might be why you do have a fear of solitude, but remember that it’s important to cherish every day that’s spent with those you love being around.

When it comes to opening up about your feelings and emotions, you try and avoid it at all costs. You really hate the discomfort of feeling vulnerable, but it’s healthy to talk about these things once in awhile. The people who love you will always understand.
