You'll probably remember him as the host of The Final Word With Perd on Parks and Recreation...amongst other things.

He was know for making rediculously obvious statements.

However, in the most amazing television crossover ever to occur, Perd Hapley appeared on Pretty Little Liars.

Say what?

The best part is, he played a news anchor so he was basically still Perd Hapley.

That's right. This was basically a Perd-ception.

A Perd within a Perd if you will. Does that even make sense? Probably not.

In fact if you look into it, Jay Jackson, the actor who plays Perd Hapley, has basically been playing Perd Hapley his whole career.

He is literally a reporter of some kind always.

It's also important to note that Jay Jackson is a reporter in real life as well.
